WHAT A CHALLENGE! BODYWEIGHT WORKOUT ONLY FOR 8 WEEKS!
I'm overall satisfied with my results. I've learned a lot about myself mentally and physically, my strengths and weaknesses and especially about how to create a proper eating plan and how crucial it is if you want to see REAL results. I've been working out for years, but never been in this shape before!
Of course this would not happen without these amazing products! My good friends from Coastal Fitness HK has this health philosophy, which I've taken with me and truly believe and share with others.
First comes a proper eating plan - then exercise - then supplement the key nutrients, minerals and vitamins etc. we aren't getting enough out of the food anymore.
I went from 71,5 - 73kg. My goal was 75! Not good enough, and a tiny failure here. However I've learned from the mistakes I've made in this challenge and will definitely hit my weight goal next time!
I've been taking the products religiously. My personal philosophy is: "To achieve optimal health you need to give the body what it needs every single day, and it will then take care of itself." Therefore I did not miss one single day!
- Digest Ultra and Vitamins 3 times a day for my 3 main meals.
- Greens first thing in the morning and as post workout with MRP.
- Berry Blast with the Greens in the morning, sometimes pre workout.
- Fiber 30min before bedtime
- Repair and Probiotics just before bedtime.
- Complete Burn only the last 2 weeks every second day, usually pre workout.
I exercised in average 4-6 days a week. Again, only bodyweight workout and the reason for that was, because I wanted to test myself and the products. A success I must say. Details about my workouts and eating plan can be found in my journal.
"The hardest thing is the steps towards the gym, once you're there it's just pushing through and after follows a feeling of happiness and satisfaction."
