Well, what can I say?! I love YOR !
I started at 185 lbs and now I'm 10 lbs lighter at 175lbs!!!! I'm happy with that weight loss but I definitely want to loose more.
I purchased the slim set but then I felt that I needed more products like the super greens, the complete burn, and the essential vitamins. I just felt that those were essential for the challenge, so I purchased them a week later.
I pretty much took the products how the chart showed me to take them. At first it was a little hard to get used to all those pills but them it was a no brainer. I absolutely love how gently they were on my stomach.
I had the shakes, which by the way were delicious every morning. They sustained me for a long time. Then I had the super greens with some orange juice and water for my morning snack. My lunches and dinner were so much better, because I just started watching what I was eating. I had no sweet things to drink, only water water water! And maybe the occasional orange juice.
I started exercising 3-4 times a week for about an hour each time, did cardio with Zumba fitness and some weight training; mostly squats, lunges, sit ups , crunches and arm exercises.
This challenge really helped me to get my health in check! It showed me all the junk I was eating and how I was eating. And how lazy I was that I didn't even exercise! I'm more energized now and have the desire to just keep going with these products. I love how it just regulated my digestive system, that was definitely awesome. These 10 lbs that I lost were with a sacrifice, but so worth it. YOR is a part of my life forever now, because I plan on continuing this healthy lifestyle and the weight loss.!!
