Hello Challenge Community!!

I started my challenge at 120 lbs, and ended my challenge at 122 lbs. I did loose fat but I also I gain muscle!! I realize for my petite body that I don't really need to loose anymore weight, now I need to sculpt and strengthen more.

The products that I used to get to my final weight: Probiotics, Digest Ultra, CompleteBurn, Vitamins, Repair, Supergreens, MRP and Berry Blast. I took the products religiously and always do! I workout about 4 times a week and working out about 5 times a week towards the end of my challenge.

On this challenge, I did take it more serious and consistent than my #2 cycle, which I wasn't happy with my results in that cycle then. There is definitely a difference when you make an 100% effort for every cycle... proof is in the after picture. I can see and feel my body healthier and stronger! While I workout I been finding myself pushing it through and not taking as many breaks. I can't wait for my next challenge cycle, more sculpt transformations to come! I am so excited!! I not only want to get in the best shape of my life but I want to inspire others to live a healthier lifestyle. I want to show that it's possible to transform your body when you don't give up and keep pushing yourself!!!
