This 8-Week Challenge was a little more difficult for me. I was sick majority of the challenge therefore my workouts were very limited. I barely worked out at all. Majority of my days were spent at home and not much movement. ALthough i still tried to stick to taking my products I wasn't as consistent as I know I should be.
I had about 2-3 shakes a day.
2 scoops supergreens with 2 scoops of fiber in the morning and sometimes again at night.
2 Repairs in the morning and 2 at night
3 vitamins/day
My eating habits were also really off, I went days where I was just happy to have my shakes. My appetite was just off and I wasn't eating like I normally.
Even though I did not hit my goal, one thing that I am really happy about is being able to maintain what I had already accomplished in previous cycles. That to me really kept me motivated in knowing that as soon as I got better, I'd be starting my new challenge right where i left off and take it even further =). New year, New goals, better accomplishments =)
