My goal for this challenge is to put on 5 pounds of lean muscle. Thankfully for the yor MRP and yor muscle energy that was an easy task. On this challenge I took two shakes a day of your MRP using 4 scoops each time. And the muscle energy before my workout and after my workout. On this challenge I worked out four days a week. And with putting on this mass I've created a new confidence and people are starting to ask me what are you doing and it's a lot easier for me to actually promote the challenge and it's very exciting where my life is going. Thank to the challenge I've made a complete life change and I'm more aware of my eating habits and have created a new fitness lifestyle. Next goal is 210 and 8% body fat. Wish me luck.
