Mi nombre es Jorge Banda y mi peso antes de empezar el reto era de 60 kilogramos, y a la culminación del mismo mi peso actual es de 67 kilogramos.

Empecé con rutinas ligeras por las tardes después de trabajar. Pasados 10 días y, al haberme acostumbrado al trabajo muscular, mis rutinas comenzaron a adquirir mayor intensidad , hasta cumplir sesiones de gran exigencia física por la tarde e incluso una sesion extra por la mañana.
