Me siento feliz de haber terminado mi primer ciclo del reto de 8 semanas. Inicialmente comence gracias a la recomendacion de mi hijo, quien me presento los productos y me ayudo a inscribirme al reto.
Anteriormente, yo solia consumir diversos licuados con proteina en el desayuno, pero ahora he decidido cambiarme a los productos de Yor Health.

Mi reto lo empece tomando Yor MRP, Yor Super Greens y Yor Berry Blast. El producto que mas me gusto fue el Berry Blast, debido a que me brindaba mas energia para poder finalizar mi jornada laboral de forma comoda. Antes, tenia que batallar con el sueño en la tarde en el trabajo. Definitivamente, Yor Berry Blast me ha ayudado bastante y el sabor me agrado mucho.

No tuve oportunidad de ir al gimnasio ni hacer ejercicio, pero me alegra ver que a pesar de eso, logre bajar 2kg! Aun no he alcanzado mi meta, pero tengo fe en que la alcanzare en los siguientes ciclos.
Tomaba Yor MRP en el desayuno y Yor Super Greens antes del almuerzo. Yor Berry Blast lo tomaba en las tardes.
