Starting this challenge I had a fear of putting weight on, since I knew I burned off most of my muscle training & running my full marathon the previous challenge, and this challenge hit Thanksgiving AND Christmas season (a true challenge)! Not only have I not put on weight during the holiday and post marathon, but I have lost 3% body fat from 25.9% down to 22.9%, and dropped 5 lbs from 177 to 172. I think as my body fat is changing more than my weight, I may start entering sculpt instead of slim for the future, which is an awesome feeling.

Last time I ran an extensive training+race was my half marathon, and I put in about 10 pounds post marathon in the blink of an eye. I knew my body was going to try to do the something similar again, so this would take some adjustments to keep progressing.

For this challenge, I started on a fasting program which gave me unhealthy mood swings, unhealthy emotional relationship with food, and incorporating the products became difficult. 3 weeks in I decided to drop that & go back to balanced eating.

I have been focusing on my macro-nutrients and trying to get a balanced diet for the final 5 weeks of this challenge. The MRP is my ultimate equalizer when my macro's are off for the day as it has a very good balance of proteins, fats, and carbs.

For exercise, I have done very little cardio as I wanted to give my legs a rest after the marathon run beat them into submission. I have got back into weight training with a focus on HIIT and exercising focused on agility, speed, and functionality. I do workout about 5 times per week though, and I go very hard on every workout.

I don't go crazy over how many times I take the products, as long as my nutrients are balanced. I normally take MRP at least 1-3x/day, super greens & berry blast 1-2x/day. 2 Complete Burn+2 Repair Ultra+ 1 Probiotics Ultra in the am on empty stomach.

I did my first backflip during this challenge & I have learned how quickly the body can adapt and change when given the proper fuel and training. I have a renewed faith and goal to get ultimately get down to 10-15% body fat, have 6 back abs, and see how many ninja-type tricks my body can perform!
