Mi participación en este reto, fue la mejor experiencia, ya que empecé con mucha vitalidad y motivación, los productos que utilice fueron la malteada rmp, Berry blast y super greens, en vitaminas no fui constante por mis apuros y el digest, solo al principio por que me dolía el estomago al tomarla.
el ejercicio lo hago de lunes a viernes por 1.30 horas diarias, 30 a 40 min de cardio y 1 hr de pesas. Baje mas del peso requerido en mi meta, y concluí con 55 k ya que reafirme mi musculatura.
este desafío para mi se ha vuelto un estilo de vida, una motivación, y realmente la falta de tiempo para hacer ejercicio esta en la mente; vale la pena hacer esta disciplina y seguir consumiendo los productos yor.
