Este es mi 3 ciclo completado . Estoy muy satisfecho, a pesar de que no encontré cambios, que es lo mejor a pesar de pasar por fechas donde es común el desorden alimenticio; yo logre conservarme.
Siglo y seguiré agradecido por esto, ya que he completado 6 meses de que no consumó ningún medicamento contra la gastritis, mi úlcera duodenal, no a dado síntomas.
Espero ya el siguiente reto donde ya me enfocare en subir masa muscular
Respecto al uso de los productos, yo consumó todos
Inició mi día con un mrp de vainilla mezclado con fibra y un berryblast
Así mismo en la media manana supergreens
En la tarde consumó las enzimas digestivas y como normalmente
En la cena ya sea que coma un mrp o cene normalmente con unas enzimas previas.
Finalmente antes de dormir tomó cápsulas de probiotics
Eventualmente cuando hago ejercicio consumó sólo una medida de músculo energy, que desde la primera vez que lo consumo sentí que rendía más en el ejercicio
