Buen Día amigos:
En este mi tercer ciclo logre bajar (de 63kg a 62kg) 1kg, 4 cm de cintura mas y me e mantenido en mi talla 7 antes era talla 11 estoy muy contenta ya que mi salud con el paso del tiempo a ido mejorando cada vez mas, tengo mas energía, a mejorado mi digestión, ya ni me acuerdo que tenia colitis y me siento mas jovial, las personas lo notan y me lo dicen eso hace que tenga mejor autoestima ;). Para mi es un gran logro ya que tengo Tiroides y no e llevado una dieta rigurosa, ademas de sentir un gran alivio de los problemas cervicales que no me permitía hacer mis actividades diarias de una manera normal, y ahora todo eso a cambiado.
No dejo de suplir una vez al día mi MRP con supergreens, digestivas cada vez que como alimentos, vitaminas dos veces al día y reparador al levantarme.
En este ciclo no realice ningún tipo de ejercicio ya que estaba en recuperación de una operación que me realizaron.
