I've been in the health and fitness industry for the past 7 years as a Personal Trainer. In the past 3 years I've added Zumba®Fitness and Aqua Zumba® to my schedule which keeps me pretty active besides the weight training I do.
I found that being so active with teaching classes I was wrecked by the end of the day, and absolutely exhausted by the end if the week.
I started the Go Green pack about a month before I started the challenge and was amazed by the change in my energy levels. And that made a world of difference to my day to day activities. I could fit so much more into my day.
I've been taking my products everyday for about 4 months now. I did stop taking them for about a week to see the difference and can I tell you I won't be doing that again. :)
I considered myself pretty healthy and fit before I started this journey but I was wrong.
