Well, I can tell you I was super excited to start my 8-week challenge. I set my goals and set out on my journey. Well, then life happened. I'm not going to fib and tell you the last 8 weeks were full of a perfect diet, awesome workouts and everything else thats important to meet your goals. What I will tell you is that I have learned that although setting goals is important, implementing a plan is even more important. When I started my challenge I also started my business, and most of my focus went into my business cause I got wrapped up in what it takes to make my business thrive. Although this is important, managing all areas of life is even more important. Well, because I didn't sit down and plan full schedules, it was my workouts that hurt the most. Thankfully because our YOR HEALTH products are amazing I have maintained and even built some muscle despite not being faithful with my plan. As I plan to start my next 8-week challenge, I now know what I need to do to reach my goals. Time management, along with a good plan, implementation and amazing products and I will reach my goals. Watch out, this girl is on fire!
