Always struggle to write these things.
This is my second time I have entered the challenge. After completing and winning my first 8 week challenge. I went on a 30 day juice fast, I lost about 8kg in that time and lost a lot of muscle. I felt amazing on the fast though. It messed with my head a little as I lost a lot of gains at CrossFit that I worked so hard in the previous 8weeks.
After the YOR body challenge of being strict and then fasting for 30 days then I went on a raw food diet for a month.
Some events happened in my life and I really started to go the other way in my food intake, not eating healthy. I always trainined though. But for months I could never get back to what I looked like after my first challenge.
So throughout this challenge, what I mostly changed was cutting out junk food on weekends that I was having and stopped drinking on weekends. I kept training at least 4-5 times a week at CrossFit.
The products I was taking were, supergreens in the morning with Fibre and supergreens after training. Berryblast before training and repair morning and night.
I am deffeneatly in the best shape if my life right now. I have really noticed my gains in my training at CrossFit. I'm stronger and faster than I have ever been.
This 8 week challenge inspired me once again to live and maintain a healthy life style.
