I first want to start by saying that this challenge has grown so much since last time I partook in it and there is a lot of competition this time around. Now that I'm done with the 8-week transformation, I'm in for round 2. I consider this a trial run for the real effort I'm about to put forth. And my thoughts on this transformation are that I did get off to a good start, but I fumbled a bit towards the end. I got sick in week 6 and then somehow relapsed into an every day fast food dinner. Yeah, I ate Burger King like 8 times in 2 weeks. Why am I admitting this? I am a truly honest person, and I admit when I am at fault. FAIL! So, as far as the products go, I would say that with completeburn, you can get away with eating so junk food and that's a great product highlight that you won't see on the brochure! I took at least 2 completeburn each day, sometimes I would take up to 5 without any adverse side effects, although you're only suggested to take 3 per day. I think if you are 200+ lbs like me, you can handle more. I also love Berry Blast, so the toss up continues for me as far which supplement to take. On most days I would take 3 completeburn in the morning, and 2 berry blast in the afternoon. Berry blast is the best mood enhancer in the world, and completenburn is the best for burning fat. Both of these products are amazing, and I didn't always realize how great they were until I took some time away from them. Of the other products, I take supergreens about once a week, or more if I feel like I'm getting a cold, probiotic, repair, and muscle energy. Realistically, I cannot afford all these products all the time, so I would say that I take repair, supergreens, and the probiotic as needed. Muscle energy has been a great boost for my marathon training, as I almost forgot! I can literally feel my performance surge when I start running on an empty stomach and drink it while I'm running. Great product for performance, but I would like to see some electrolytes in it, and some amino acids. I have to add those to it, as I am a heavy sweater and I'm worried about muscle loss. Overall, this challenge hasn't really changed me per se, but rather has helped me focus on myself and who I want to be. Hard work pays off, and it carries over into your relationships, work, and attitude. I have to say that personally I have been working a lot at a dead end job with no time to socialize really, and this contest has been something for me to look forward to outside of work. Winter has been long and boring, can't wait for summer and my beach body. Round 2, here we go!

Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.

Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions.
