I used all of the products for this 8 week challenge, for breakfast I had 2 scoops of mrp, 2 scoops fiber, 1 scoop super greens, 1 packet of berry blast, some frozen berries and ice. I took my daily packs with lunch and dinner and had another super greens and mrp after my workout. I also took my last daily pack with my probiotics and repair before bed. I exercised almost every day including 15 minutes of cardio on the treadmill, 3mph on the steepest incline. then 100 pushups and 100 sit-ups alternated. Then 3 sets of 30 reverse crunches (for lower back) and alternating 3 sets of 20 obliques with weights. (this is my warmup every day before my workout. Then I do monday - saturday workouts including all muscle groups! Working out has always been a part of my life it seems, ever since I was in 7th grade I have been on the track team (not running :p ) but actually throwing discus. So the yorhealth 8 week challenge has really just been a great motivator for me to take my body a little more seriously and step it up!
