During my 8 week challenge, before and after weight, products i used to gain my final weight was the YOR MRP, YOR Repair Ultra, YOR Fiber, and YOR Digest Ultra. Before entering the challenge, i didn't exercise and really stay committed, not that motivated at all. Then when i started to enter the 8 week challenge, i just started to get motivated to get fit and change my body. I take my products almost everyday, every morning when i wake up, Yor Repair and taking MRP with Fiber, and at night the same as well. Exercises, at least 3-5 days a week and just trying to commit. The impact the challenge had in my life is definitely being more conscious and aware of what i start to eat. I started to cut more on fatty foods, eat healthier, and continue my exercises and routines. Hopefully it gets me to my other goals in the future as my completion of the challenge started to motivate me more.
