Yo cuando entre al reto no creia que fuera a funcionar: Tome los probioticos por la mañana seguido de las vitaminas, despues a las 6 am a hacer una rutina al gym de una hora diaria mientras me tomaba mi berry blast al terminar me tomo mi malteada que delicia, gracias a los productos de yor tengo mas energia estoy mad feliz y contento y me da tiempo de todavia pasear a mi perro.
Por la tarde como normal lo que encuentro y tomo mis digest y mis vitamvitaminas por la tarde mi super green es basico para rendir y poderir a prefiestar y un berry para llegar con mucha pila a pa fiezta del rreto.
