So my experience with the YOR best body 8 week challenge has been amazing! it is my first time ever doing an 8 week challenge and it was really great to dedicate my hard work and efforts to something like this. With the aid of the products and the right nutrition It was inevitable that I was going to reach my desired goal.

My aim was to put on kg's of muscle whilst staying quite lean. I used all the products from the probiotics to the super greens. all which benefited my focus, level of energy, performance and overall results. I took the products majority of the challenge, there were a few days where I would slip up a bit, but my aim was to stay consistent and get back on track with my training and nutrition.

Being a personal trainer the training side was easy, I made sure I dedicated at least 4 times a week to weight training and cardio.

the influence of the YOR health product range has been unbelievable, now knowing exactly what im putting into my body and the benefits of receiving all of the nourishment and enzymes the body needs. I will be taking this for the rest of my life! bring on the next 8 week challenge!!
