A year ago I decided to commit. To commit to a lifestyle that will long term aid my health condition. But what I did not realize Is that through my journey I fell in love with this lifestyle. I couldn't wait to make gains, grow more muscle, become stronger mentally and physically. A year ago I was not the man I am today. I want to thank my mentors, friends, and family members that helped me stay positive and encouraged me to keep doing me. I was always consistent. And like my mentors have always said to me "consistency over time=results".
After winning third place on my last challenge I became more motivated to achieve far greater results in the 8 Week Challenge. I am competing in a physique competition in the spring and the 8 Week Challenge is keeping me on track towards my progress. My goal for this challenge was to become leaner, stronger and more vascular. I can say I achieved my goals. I gained two lbs which mostly went to my legs. I figured since I gained muscle on my upper body on my last challenge I might as well gain muscle on my lower body. I worked out 3-4 times a week. Even with my late shift at work I managed to make time to better myself. I have motivated many friends to get healthier and work on their body. Some are even going to the gym with me. Soon they will be a part of this great challenge. This challenge has changed my life completely. After learning that I have a liver problem I have been extremely cautious about what I eat and what I put into my body. I've been eating healthier, drinking non carbonated drinks, and even sleeping better. The 8 Week Challenge has changed my life by giving me the natural way to achieve my best body.
I've become stronger mentally and physically thanks to this challenge. I am far from where I want to be physically and I am going to keep being a part of this movement, I am living proof that the 8 Week Challenge will give you results, all that is needed is commitment, hard work, and dedication.
I stayed consistent with my products. I took a Berry Blast about 2 hours before the end my shift(5am) at work so that my body has the proper energy for my training in the gym. Right after my workout I would drink a YOR shake consisting of an MRP(vanilla which is my favorite), added to that are some YOR Supergreens and some mighty YOR Fiber Plus with soy or low fat milk. With this combination, I was recieveing the protein necessary for my muscles to grow, the vitamins and minerals my body needed for nourishment and the proper digestive regulation. For my everyday meals I would take a YOR Digest Ultra to break down the foods as I eat, and two YOR Essential Vitamins after I'm done eating to make sure I'm getting the right balance of vitamins and nutrients from my foods. Before bed I would take two YOR Repair Ultra for my soreness the following day and one YOR Probiotic to clean my intestines from anything left over night. I will continue to inspire and motivate more people around the world with my journey towards my best body.
