There is no doubt in my mind that taking a range of products from Yor Health has forever altered the way I look at health and fitness. Thanks to the products, I was able to discover what true change felt like, which opened my mind to a whole new way of living!
This challenge was my second, but my first attempt was a complete failure. A lack of discipline, and running out of my products, stopped me from finishing and submitting my efforts. This challenge was especially tough also! It spanned across not only Christmas and the New Year - both times well known for a slip in resolve - but also my birthday and two EPIC music festivals! However, I was still able to achieve my goal of cutting body fat while gaining muscle. By consistently taking the probiotics, digestive enzymes and fibre, I was able to lose bulk around my lower abdomen (and avoid many food-comas over the festive season!). Taking Supergreens every day gave me a boost in vitality I would never have believed possible in the past, and the repair ultra helped me recover after work outs so I could be back at it sooner!
With a cleaner diet, support from close friends and mentors (you know who you are!) and the aid of my Yor Health product range, I have achieved my best results to date. I am now completely inspired and on a new path, which all my family and friends recognise. I can't wait to start my next challenge, and bring as many willing friends along with me!!
