My job keeps me busy and I often skip meals. Having the MRP definitely helped but I feel like since it's winter time it's really hard to drink MRP because I would crave for something warm and hot to eat. That was my downfall. The other part is that I didn't take the time out to plan my meals ahead. I'm proud to have finished this challenge and I look forward to the next.

For this challenge, I used the yorhealth mrp, supergreens, digest, repair, complete burn. I didn't use the products consistently but I was able to exercise at the gym consistently. I definitely loved the repair and complete burn because it gave me energy and helped me recover. I have very low tolerance for soreness and it was tough because exercise definitely creates that. I was doing well the first few weeks with the nutrition but my last three weeks was not so good. It was the holiday season and there were a lot of parties and get togethers. I lost a total of 5lbs since the beginning of this cycle. I am determined to try again and really be consistent with my products and my exercise.

The above individual’s results may not be typical. As of October 2025, those who completed 8 weeks in the weight loss category of YOR Best Body lost an average of 13.86 lb (6.29 kg), or 1.73 lb (0.78 kg) per week. When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.

Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
