Hello amazing peeps, taking on my Cycle 2 of the 8 weeks challenge is amazing! What can I say? I was able to lose another 5lbs in which totals up to 50lbs total I have lost. One step closer and closer to my dream body.
My daily regimen was very simple and easy. Wake up, take my repair ultra and probiotic. Next shake it up with yor mrp! 2 scops of Vanilla or Chocolate, 1 scop of yor fiber plus, and 1 scop of yor supergreens. Plus taking yor complete burn to start off the day. In between breakfast, lunch, and dinner, I usually snack on fruits and crackers. Also drink water constantly to keep myself from being dehydrated. For lunch, I take my digestive and vitamins before I dig into my yummy salad. 2 hours later I would snack. Around 6:45-7pm I would round up, take a yor complete burn and begin my 1 hour workout. For dinner I would shake up another delicious mrp to end my day. Also before I head on to bed, I would take another repair.
