I decided to tackle this challenge differently because i know i needed to plan for the holidays. My most favorite products this cycle were the MRP, Digest Ultra and Probiotics for the low calories and the proper digestion of all the food i had consumed. I worked out very sporadically but trying to get at least 4 hrs of physical activity every week. My main activity was Futbol and I also got into a rhythm of 2 hrs of lifting weights a week. My goal was to gain a few pounds of muscle mass but this was an obstacle because i needed to supplement that by eating more healthy and adding enough protein to develop that muscle mass. The MRP definitely took some of the guesswork out of trying to keep tabs on the amount of protein intake and it was just a healthy choice full of nutritional value. My workouts although not so routine as i wanted them to be they were intense and pushed me past old limits. Like for example now i can do 35 consecutive pushups when at the beginning i could only do 25 Sadly i got a small injury that kept me off of pushing my upper body as hard as i wanted so my main focus became strengthening my lower body and i tried to get some core exercise going but i don't think i did enough to merit results. I can definitely agree that my recovery period was very short and honestly soreness and fatigued muscles were almost a none factor and i personally feel the products definitely played a role in helping me recover faster.
I tried to eat as clean and healthy as possible but i know i cheated a lot but those Digest Ultra and Probiotics helped me a lot in maintaining my bodies digestive system in check. In the morning after my probiotics and my awesome morning bathroom visit an MRP seemed to be the perfect morning meal and this really helped set the tone as i felt great and light on my toes for the rest of the day. My system was supposed to be 3 meals a day with a Digest ultra each meal and at least 1 MRP every morning but due to my mom who likes the products i fell into a drought of MRP for a couple of weeks but for about 70% of the challenge i was able to follow my plan of action and now i eat like this all the time and i feel great that i gained this new habit through these past 8 weeks. On particular days when i did workout I would add another MRP and PB&J to get more protein ad boost recovery and i feel like i got a little more definition across my entire body with a exception to my core. I did gain a pounds which i was actually content with because i could have sworn that i gained like 10 with the amount of food i consumed these last 8 weeks. Its been an awesome 8 weeks where i learned a little more about myself and although my results might not be super they were still positive and now for 2014 i can't wait to be able to rejoin the challenge and keep on getting good results=)
