I started the challenge wanting to gain more results and definition! I'm excited to power myself through all the holiday food which was a challenge in itself. I started the challenge at 122lbs looking for mass gains and ended at 123lbs. I'm pretty satisfy with the results! Always gotta push for more so right after this one is done, I'm enrolling for another one.
I would say I use the products very consistently. I even have a alarm on my phone to make sure I stay consistent. Workouts were 3times a week juggling with that and work. I would say I use all the products and really just double up on MRP and I gotta say I love love the muscle energy. Best boost and muscle recovery, works wonders along with the repairs! If I had to pick my favorite product, it would be the complete burn since it's also a good way to detox out the excess water weight. I feel very accomplish. Next challenge is definitely going be bigger gains and changes!
This challenge has really taught me about mental discipline, saying "no" to gorgeous food and saying "yes" to my body. I felt I've def grown from this challenge in believing myself and pushing myself more when I felt my mind was quitting on me! Best 8weeks ever!!
