Hello everyone!

This has been a very challenging 8 weeks that I had been through. I started this 8 weeks right before the holidays and when that started, i was very tempted not to eat the food I wanted to eat.
I still did my zumba routine 2-3 times a week which balanced out my workout. I'd have to say that if it wasn't for zumba, & the yorhealth nutritional product line,I would have gain a lot of weight.I started the gym the last week of this 8 week challenge because now I feel my body has hit a plateau and needs to do something to get into my sculpting body.
These past 8 weeks I didn't get the results I wanted. But if it wasn't for the 8 week challenge on my mind, I wouldn't be as aware as I would. Usually every year during the holidays I gain about 5-10 pounds. This year I was able to balance my weight and I am happy about that.
