YOR health as dramatically improved my health and energy levels.
I started off using all the products apart from the Fat Burner, Berry Blast and fibre. At first the Super Greens were my favourite. As long as I can remember i was one of those people who could have a full 8 or 9 hours sleep but never felt rested. I used to get up and go to work in a daze and mentally not wake up until midday then fall back into my haze around 4pm. With the Super greens as soon as I wake, im awake!
Then after maybe a week to ten days I noticed that the bloating in my stomach had significantly reduced. I work long days and often finish work late so having to cram meals in when I can. To make sure I eat enough throughout the day. I would often have to eat a large meal in the evening, going to bed with a significant food baby. It’s after this i realised the effect of the Probloitics. Taking the Probiotic before going to sleep i would wake up with a completely flat stomach. Because of this i think that the Probiotic sneaks ahead in terms of my favourite product.
Also because my days are never the same with work I’d often forget to take my Digestive Enzymes and Multi Vitamin with my meals. Then i discovered the YOR 28 day packs. These were a 1000% more easily to carry around with them being labelled “meal 1” and “meal 2” helped me not to forget and I now never leave the house without a strip. As I leave the house I ask myself “keys, wallet, phone and a strip of the daily packs” CHECK
Three weeks before my challenge ended and because of Christmas I decided to add the YOR Fibre to my Super Greens in the morning to make sure my body could and would cope better with the amount and processed foods that what going to be inevitable over Christmas. I did manage to stick pretty well to my diet but not as well as I would have liked. I know that I could have done better than what I have done. I Just hope that this hasn’t cost me a top 3 place.
