Participating in the eight week challenge and using the products really changed my life. I've always been interested in working out and looking healthy. I looked healthy but on the inside i wasn't. I had problem gaining weight, until i used YOR Health products. After using the products i have gained a few pounds of muscle. I've used the products before starting this challenge and i was able to go from 110, pounds to 115 pounds. When I started this challenge i was 116 pounds. After the challenge my resulting weight is 121 pounds, and i even look better than when i started.
I take MRP, fiber, and super greens together every morning and night and about an hour before my work outs. I like to mix all three together because they taste great that way. I work out 3 times a week, sometimes 4 times when I have time after work. I walk in the mornings and I work out later during the night.
The challenge has improved my physical appearance and also improved my health on the inside. I am able to use the bathroom regularly since using the products, and my stomach doesn't ache for no reason anymore. I believe the products help me eliminate the bad waste and absorb the good nutrients, that's why i been able to finally gain weight.
