Mi experiencia en YOR HEALT, SIMPLEMENTE HA SIDO INCREIBLE.
Hace 8 semanas pense que seria una misión imposible el poder bajar 10 kilos, por mas que me cuidara y por mas que hacia ejercicio no podia bajar de peso, asi que decidi entrar al reto con yor best body y desde la primer semana baje 2 kilos, al dia de hoy logre bajara 12 kilos y cada dia estoy muy feliz por lo que he conseguido.
desde que empece los cambios han sido muchos, lo mas importantes es que mi salud ha mejorado notablemente y ya no padezco dolores de estomago acompañados de inflamación, esto ocurria diariamente.
ahora ya tengo más energia para mis actividades de cada dia, pero sobre todo para poder compartir más momentos de juego con mis amigos y hermanos.
Aprendí a comer las cantidades necesarias y ser más consiente con el cuidado de mi salud. Lo que mas me ha gustado del reto es que no es nada sacrificado, puedo comer de todo desde ricas sopas y pastas hasta pizzas, tamales y pan.
