Que tal!! Este reto ha sido el primero donde no he bajado de peso, por fin, ya que mi meta siempre ha sido tonificar cambiando grasa por masa muscular. Este reto admito fue muy difícil y accidentado por una operación menor que me imposibilitó de hacer ejercicio 2 semanas y luego las fiestas navideñas que aportaron demasiadas calorías, jaja. Aun así el no haber subido creo ya es un logro. Las vitaminas el supergreen y el reparador creo me ayudaron bastante con la recuperación de la operación y las enzimas me hicieron disfrutar todas las comidas de fin de año con mayor placer y sin penitencia los días siguientes.

Voy por mi siguiente reto ya por fin inscrito en un gimnasio y con todas las ganas de dar otro brinco en mi salud y en mi tonificación muscular.
