I have always been on some sort of diet or weight management program and it is always so hard and exhausting, I eat well and work out, why can't I just be my perfect size & shape?

I've tried another program and although I enjoyed the products, substituting two meals a day with a shake was grueling! I LOVED that YOR Health allowed you to eat two meals a day and that the second shake was a snack. It is so much easier to stick to a meal plan like YOR Health has set up. It teaches you how to eat right in your everyday life, to pay attention to your caloric intake, to graze throughout the day and prepares you for eating well even after you stop using dietary products. I am also thoroughly impressed with the products themselves, no artificial flavors or chemicals. I am so happy I got involved with this program!

Based on my final results I was surprised I did not see a huge different in my weight but the change I see in my body, in my inches lost, in my after photos are incredible! I thought for sure my results would not be great because of the time of year. I had cheat days and weekends where I did no MRP shakes, just the digest ultra supplements with meals. These days were my birthday weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. Despite those days I worked really hard at eating well and sticking to the YOR health recommended schedule. As a result I feel great and see significant changes. I am super excited to see what I can loose now that the holidays are over. My weight lose challenge with myself definitely does not end today, I am starting the next chapter. I can’t wait to dance around in my bathing suit with confidence!

My daily routine while on the program was to start the morning with a MRP shake, Probiotic Ultra, and Berry Blast. On the mornings I went to the gym (ranging from 1-4 times a week) I had a Yor Berry Blast, Probiotic Ultra, and a piece of fruit or yogurt. Then post workout I had my MRP shake. I did the digest ultra with lunch and dinner and did a MRP shake as a mid day snack. For lunch and dinner I stayed healthy with soup, salad, protein, complex carbs- all within a 200-350 calorie range. I ended up getting the super greens near the end of the challenge, which I had as a snack during the day, but not often. I still have quite a bit left over. This was a very manageable schedule and I am definitely going to recommend the program to friends and family with similar weight loss goals!
