Yo pesaba 53 kilos este es mi tercer reto, en este reto logre subir 1 kg de masa muscular que es lo q ahora estoy buscando para llegar a ese peso me tome el muscle energy y metí las pesas en mi rutina de ejercicio, el producto me lo tome tal cual viene en la tabla, mi ejercicio lo modifique hacia 4 hrs de box a la sem y 3 hrs de funcional y en este reto quite 2 clases de box (2hrs) a la sem, el estar en los retos no solo me ayudado en mis hábitos de alimentos si no que me siento de maravilla con mucha energía, y mi cabello a mejorado bastante y mi piel, rindo mucho más en el día. E incluso ya vendo los productos por que creo que mucha gente debería tomarlos.me siento feliz de poder compartir mi cambio con las demás personas.
