This challenge has been incredibly rewarding for me.
I started training 5-6 days a week and I have kept it up throughout the 8 week period, coming from training 2 days a week prior while completing uni. 8 weeks ago I started this challenge and my dream job at the same time.
I made a commitment to work physically and mentally to give my best in work and to make maintain healthier lifestyle.
I had previously been fitter and trained 6 days a week on a regular basis, but had slackened off when faced with the stress of returning to full time uni.
I also took up golf again, having not played in 2 years and I have been successful in lowering my handicap from approx. 22 to 10 during this time.
I have struggled with back pain for most of my adult life, stemming from a break in my back as a child.
During this period my posture has been restored and my core strength has significantly increased, almost removing all pain and allowing me the freedom to improve my golf game (also by hitting the ball further and with less effort) and giving me a better quality of life.
Following the success and immense satisfaction I have had from undertaking this first challenge, I will be doing another straight afterwards, regardless of whether I am successful or not.
I have used the full range of products (courtesy of the entrepeneur set) and have taken them throughout as follows.
Berry Blast, super greens and fibre plus in the mornings together with water, Digest ultra (initially with breakfast and for the last 2 weeks twice a day with main meals)
I have also taken YOR MRP after every workout and for the occasional meal when cycling calories.
YOR repair ultra has been my favourite of them all, as it has substantially aided my recovery and allowed me to train hard without ongoing pain!
Ultimately, while my aesthetic change has been good, my increased strength, energy and self belief is something that simply cannot be quantified, I see no reason why I can't continue to enjoy challenging myself to become fitter and healthier. The next step is to improve my overall diet, eat more plant based foods and less meat and dairy and continue to utilize the benefits of supplementation with this stronger core plant based diet in mind.
