Well first of all hi my name is Nathan and i could go on all day about how YOR Health has helped me change my life, but the biggest aspect of YOR Health has been this 8 Week Challenge.
Iv'e tried to do multiple health challenges for image progress using the normal proteins and pre workouts most people use but never fully committed. This is with out a doubt the most committed to health and my personal training iv'e ever been. I found commitment a little hard at the beginning of this challenge due to working long hours at a fish and chip shop but iv proved to myself now even being surrounded by tempting unhealthy foods and lifestyle i can withhold my temptations and stick to the game plan. The mindset and health state I'm in now makes it easy not to lash out when I'm peckish and this is thanks to this set of products and not being under nourished any longer. I spent 6 years serving in the Royal Australian Navy, keeping active and thinking i was on top of nutrition, dieting etc. little did i know. its crazy to see the difference once you have a basic understanding of how the body works and what it needs then taking action to help yourself as best you can. Would like to thank YOR Health for giving me the opportunity to change my life and not only clean up my appearance but improve the way I'm FEELING, and now hopefully I'm on my way to becoming a role model for those who lack motivation in fitness. The products are the only ones iv'e ever stayed with for a long period, swapping and changing for most of my Naval career due to taste mostly not knowing how good or bad what i was using really was and how they aligned with my training goals. I was 78 kgs when I started this challenge, lost two kilos early on and now have worked my way up to 83kgs. Eating I wouldn't say was 100% clean, and no help from nutritionist or anything but was of course better than when i started, overall I am happy with my results and now that I know I can step up for 2 months look out for my next challenge starting Monday.
