I started with the products and feel results in one week!

My engergie level got up and i can do much more in one day. Even after dinner i not feel sleepy but engergetic even a bit depressed.
My digestion health is more more better now and i did not have i big swollen belly anymore!

That feels soooo good! Normaly i go 1 times a week and now almost every day.

In one week i lost 1,5 KG!

I exercise every day 30 minutes. Like running, walking, pilatus and cycling and doing some lifts for my belly and arms!
My endurance is better now and i have a better shape!
December was not easy and i eat different things. Things that i want to eat. Not everything! You can't eat nothing with xmas time! Choosing is the lifestyle i have, i make choises.

People say "you can eat everything!" to me. But i say "NO""i know what i didnt want to eat"!

Also my scoliosis feeling better! move and train are the best medicine in the world.

Also the yor team help me to make my own decisions and learn me leadership skills and self confidence! Having a goal in life! I used to be a interior designer but the economical crisis is here and i do not love my job in the DIY shop!

I feel that i am a stronger person now and more confident about myself. If you feel good, people feel that and i kick some asses!
