Hello my name is George and just completed my 3rd 8 week challenge. everyday has been a success in my body and fitness and still breaking my own Personal records in running quicker and lifting heavier at the gym. A few of the greatest achievements I accomplished in my 8 week journey are on December 1st I was able to climb the 1000 steps 21 times in the one day that took me 12 hours to do and my other personal accomplishment is I was able to leg press 300kg doing 8 reps at my local gym last Thursday. I am far from reaching my ultimate goal which is to one day have a six pack which as you can see I still need more time to get there and I plan to do as much 8 week challengers as possible to get there and I am not wasting a day and plan to start my 4th 8 week challenge today as soon as this one is summited.
