Mi peso practicamente se mantuvo igual, un incremento de 700 gramos. He utilizado: SUPER GREENS y BERRY BLAST, al despertar antes de salir a hacer ejercicio. Despues de terminar mi rutina de ejercicio tomo MRP y FIBER PLUS. Vitaminas y Digest antes de cada comida. Y al dormir PROBIOTICS y REPAIR.
Corro 10 kilometros cada tercer dia y recorro 40 kgs en bicicleta de montaña 2 dias de la semana.
El iniciar este RETO me a ayudado a despertar mi sistema digestivo, antes del RETO ya me habia acostumbrado a vivir con laxantes. Al hacer ejercicio me siento con mayor energía y vitalidad, que en algunas ocasiones recorro unos kilometros mas a los que acostumbro.
Deseo tener un cambio mas radical en mi 2do RETO.
