En este reto, se me complico un poco por el cambio de clima, pero lo padre es que sobreviví a la alergía al aire que tengo, ahorita solo traigo gripe, pero nada de cuerpo cortado, ni temperatura, sigo sin nebulizarme y estoy feliz porque puedo respirar.
Me tomo mi Super green sin falta, los probióticos, reparador, vitaminas, fibra y obvio mi MRP Riquisimos.
Me ejercito de lunes a viernes en clase de zumba o high-low, los sábado nos reunimos en equipo a caminar y hacer abdominales. Disfruto esos días porque es cuando puedo hacer ejercicio al aire libre, eso sí, por mi alergia al aire, tengo que ir cubierta de pies a cabeza, sin descuidar mi boca y nariz con una bufanda.
Ya 6 meses sin cortisona, sin nebulizarme, sin dolor de rodillas, de huesos y sobre todo sin migraña, todo gracias a YOR.
