Mi peso al iniciar el reto era de 63 kilos, ahora es de 58 kilos.
Los productos que consumí para llegar a mi peso actual fueron todos los que contiene el paquete best body, el consumo de ellos es diario, ejercicio solamente dos veces por semana.

El impacto que ha tenido el desafió en mi vida ha sido muy grande, primero porque me ayudó a bajar de peso ya que era muy necesario porque con el exceso de peso sufro mucho de dolor de espalda, actualmente eso ya mejoró y ya no me ha dolido,otro cambio en mi es que ya no estoy tomando medicamentos para la gastritis y colitis que era otro problema que yo tenía, además también de elevar mi auto estima con los cambios físicos ya que baje también en tallas de ropa y eso me hace sentir mejor!!, Estoy super contenta con todos esos cambios!!!.
