I started out at 58Kg, now for some that might seem like an ideal weight, but for my size and build I felt terrible.

Being a single mum has been a challenge in itself but at the same time has been the best part of my life. I really struggled to try and keep up with the demand day and night and find time to
look after myself. I lacked energy and had poor sleep and concentration which made me feel exhausted and tired all the time.
I also found it very difficult to get back into a routine where exercise was included, and I even found that the foods I ate were the quick and easy options rather then the healthier options.

Since starting the Yor health products and joining the 8 week challenge it has been able to help me get back into a healthy routine and even be a happier and energetic mum!
I used every single product Yor health has to offer every day!
First thing in the morning I would have my supergreens with a glass of water, then the MRP which I looove blended with various fruits, Ice, water, LSA and fibre. Every solid meal I ate I would have a Digest Ultra
Lunch time I would have my essential vitamins, and at night I would have my Yor Repair Ultra and Probiotics. Now depending on my day would determine when I had my berry blast or If i was up during the night with
my little one. If I worked out late in arvo, I would also have a MRP for dinner. I also made protein balls with the MRP to snack on if I had cravings for something sweet!

I tried to exercise at least 3-4 times per week (Sometimes more and other weeks less) Which consisted of bootcamp, weights and walking. I found it difficult sometimes to attend bootcamp as I had to organise a friend or family member
to watch my daughter as it was at night and there was no care available. On the days that I could not do weights or bootcamp I would take my little one for a walk which usually would take 40 mins. I also incorporated catching up with friends by going for a walk :D

The best part of the 8 week challenge is that I didn't have to miss out on anything. I still went out with friends for dinner and had a few drinks and had cheat meals, and over the christmas/ New Year period i still over indulged. By being on the challenge It made me start to have healthier choices and also after losing a bit of weight and starting to feel so good I didn't want to eat all the bad foods. It almost seemed easy once I applied myself and with the help of the Yor health products to start feeling good again.

Now that I am able to look after myself and maintain this great feeling, increased energy, focus and improved sleep I can be the best mum I can be for my daughter Aaliyah. I am more confident and happier and It enables me to get so much more out of life and really get out there and live!
