Well, I started at 79 kilo and no health products... then I started in december, before all the holidays here in Holland, Sinterklaas, some birthdays in our family and ofcours christmas and newyears eve. Not a great time to start, or was it the best time ever?? I mean, it was hard to leave all the nice food, sometimes I did take some cookies, candy or desert... but I made good choices, I think. I started to take the YorHealth vitamines directly 2 times a day, together with the digest ultra and the Probiotics. The Repair I took every evening and every morning I started with the supergreens, I felt good !!
Then I also started to use one pill a day of the Complete Burn and so now and then I took the MRP shakes.
Everything helped big time, but around christmas it became too difficult for me... I became sick for a week, heard that my contract at work would not be extended, because of the reorganisation. So that all made me a bit down and I was too tired to go to the gym, what I did at least 2 or 3 times a week.
So I do have to admit, I could do better then what I did...
Next time I will join again, but for this time, I really did my best! And there is a result, so happy I am !!!
Instead of taking kilo's around christmas times, I lost 4 kilo !!!! Proud of myself I am !
I started running again for 3 times a week now and Yor Health and Yor Best Body challange changed my life for sure, it made me more realise that my body is important and I am the only one who can take care of it. The stuff I put in my mouth, has big influence on my body and I do realize that more and more. So even if I may not win this challenge, I already won a health challenge for myself !!
Thank you Yor Health... and soon I will join the Body challange again and I will do more and more my best !
This summer I will be the hotest mum running behind her children at the beach! :-)
