hola... mi nombre es Lucelly Marulanda mi peso inicial fue de 81.9 y actualmente estoy casi en 73 k definitivamente El reto es lo mejor que me ha pasado en la vida tanto física como en la salud ya que era una persona muy enferma y actualmente sufro de trombosis venosa profunda en los miembros inferiores hasta el dolor en mis pies ha disminuido notablemente. no podía tomar nada diferente a lo que el medico me ordena ya que interfieren en el anticuagulante que tomo de por vida pero llego Yor a mi vida y empece con el reto ya que toda mi vida he tenido sobre peso empece con el adelgaza y en la primera semana los resultado fueron sorprendentes hacia poco ejercicio por mi enfermedad y aun asi me funciono no me quiero imaginar con ejercicio pero estoy feliz no esperaba tanto y mas porque ya había probado de todo y por mi condición física las cirugias eran muy riesgosas por mi enfermedad ahora despues de 20 años perdí peso que pense que nunca podia gracias YOR HEALTH
