This was my third challenge and i was a little worried entering before Christmas and New Year celebrations!! But, thanks to the amazing products I could still eat my favourite foods and feel good and get great results.. Im really happy with them!! I lost 6kgs but mainly focused on losing fat and gaining muscle. I wanted to see my abs start to come through! I dropped 2.3% body fat so am now down to 20% fat which I haven't been this low since before my Europe holiday (May 2013).
I take all 8 products that we have here in Australia. I love the Supergreens as this means I haven't been sick for the last 10 months when I started!! I also love the digest ultra, i couldn't have got through all the Christmas celebrations without this!! The fibre and probiotic means I don't have to worry about my digestive health and the essential vitamin means i know my body is nourished even if I can't eat organic all the time. I love to workout and the berry blast is a great pre-workout!! I take the repair as my muscles are always sore so the quicker they repair, the quicker i can have another workout!! As a PT I'm always in a hurry in the morning so MRP is my quick and yummy breakfast and also my afternoon snack, usually in a smoothie!! I also eat 3 other meals a day (so 5 in total).
My workouts stayed pretty consistent over the 8 weeks. I do weights 5-6 times a week, pole class once a week and my cardio is intervals at runnez club once a week!!
