Hoy es mi ultimo dia del reto, la verdad estos dos meses fueron increibles, que a pesar de haber pasado festividades de navidad, logre bajar mis 10 kilos que me propuse.
Mi paquete YOR fue el adegaza, tomaba mi malteada como desayuno, el cual lo combinaba con el berry blast, y como cena. Tomaba las enzimas digestivas y los probioticos.
Con respecto al ejercicio realizaba insanity, una tortura tan deliciosa. Realizaba ejericio de lunes a viernes.
Ahora me siento con mas confianza, con mas energia, siendo activa todo el dia, se siente muy bien, demasiado bien.
Acabo un ciclo, pero volver por otro, porque quiero mas, no soy conformista, me gusta hacer las cosas a lo grande, hacerme notar.
El reto me quito 10 kilos de encima, de 75 a 65 en dos semanas, me siento totalmente feliz por este logro, y aunque no gane ningun lugar me siento una ganadora.
