Since I was little I've practiced all kinds of sports but I never had the athletic body you would expect; this caused to become very insecure about myself as I got older because most of my friends had the physique and the athletic body I always wanted and I thought that it just wasn't in my genes.

2 years ago my new year's resolution was to get fit and everytime I was near my goal something would happen, whether it was an injury or sickness, I had to stop exercising and because of that lose everything I had gained and start from scratch; I felt depressed and almost gave up.
