Tengo 26 años y jamás imagine verme así, como jamás me había visto. Siempre eh sido delgada, con el reto logre recuperar mi cintura de la preparatoria, tonificar y formar musculo. Además eh mejorado mi postura, estoy más que feliz con los resultados. Y la mejor recompensa es ayudar y motivar a otras personas a que logren el cuerpo que siempre quisieron.

Comencé con el reto pesando 55 kg, baje 1 kilo después de 3 semanas (pesando 54 kg), ya que elimine grasa abdominal y posteriormente me dedique a construir musculo, por lo cual termino el reto con un peso de 55.5 kg.

Todos los días tomo mis productos Yor Health, al despertar tomo Probióticos, antes de ir al gym la Yor MRP con Berry Blast, al terminar mi rutina Yor MRP con fibra, a media mañana SuperGreens y 2 Vitaminas, antes de comer Digest Ultra y antes de dormir Repair y 2 Vitaminas.

Mi rutina de ejercicio consta de 20 minutos de ejercicio cardiovascular antes y después, de 40 minutos de pesas, 5 días a la semana.
