Hola a toda la comunidad del Reto!!! Estoy encantada con los productos y lo que han hecho no solo en mi físico, si no también en mi salud.
A pesar de que acabamos de pasar fechas de comedera, no fue impedimento para mantenerme enfocada en la meta, Y LO LOGRE!!! empezando el dia con Yor Shake, y continuando con toda la gama de productos que Yor Healh trae para nosotros, de verdad que me sentí increíble, con mucha energía, y sin pasar hambre, y lo mejor SIN DIETA!!!!!
Bueno, yo empezaba mi dia tomando Yor Shake de Vainilla, con 200 ml de leche de almendras y 300 ml de agua, junto con dos pastillas de vitaminas. a medio dia, media litro de agua con media medida de Supergreens. A la hora de la comida, mi comida regular, con una Digest, 2 vitaminas, en lugar de refresco, medio litro de agua con un Berry Blast. a media tarde igual, medio litro de agua con media medida de Supergreens. Y ya en la noche, medio litro de agua con dos medidas de Yor Shake de Chocolate, una medida de fibra y dos pastillas de vitaminas.
Antes de dormir me tomaba mi Repair y mis probioticos, y listo!!!!!
Me encantaron los resultados, la verdad que estoy super contenta de haber encontrado esta maravillosa plataforma.
