Thanks to the 8 week challenge, I'm in the best shape of my life!!
This isn't my first time entering the challenge, but this has definitely been my most productive cycle yet! I really have to thank the two friends I did this challenge with. We made a pact to do this challenge cycle together, and help each other out through these tough winter months. We didn't use the cold and snow as an excuse. We just took that as an opportunity to get creative with home workouts and really utilize our gym memberships more.
I realize that every cycle I've grown knowledge-wise as to how to live a healthier life. I see myself constantly developing better habits, and becoming a more disciplined person when it comes to working out and eating right regularly. Along with others, the main products this cycle were the MRP and Muscle Energy. Mixed with a cleaner diet, these products really helped take my overall performance to another level!
I'm a pro wrestler, and the challenge has really helped me out in that as well. I really focused on getting in the best shape possible this cycle to start 2014 off strong with at least looking good for my first match of the year. My trainers and other wrestlers I practice with have noticed what I have, that I am faster, more agile, leaner and stronger than ever before!
Ending this cycle, I feel I'm on the right path to reach bigger heights with my fitness. Every cycle I make a goal to have less excuses than the last, and knowing how much I've grown, I'm really looking forward to the next cycle to improve even more!
