Hi guys.
Well I finally have finished my first 8 week challenge. To say it has been a learning curb would be an understatement.
I decided to take on the 8 week challenge over the Christmas/festive season, to prove to myself that I could be resistant to temptation during a time when temptation was everywhere. Those that know me know that this isn’t necessarily the easiest thing for me to do. To be honest I made mistakes, not often but I did definitely succumb to the guilty pleasures of the festive period.
For the most part of the challenge I was focused and driven. I was exercising as often as possible and honestly learning more about myself and what I was capable of everyday. I did have a rather strict diet and combined with fantastic YOR HEALTH range of supplements, the 8 week challenge to say the least has made me feel amazing. My energy levels are through the roof and my confidence is right up there beside it.
My goal is to start another 8 week challenge as soon as possible, be a little stricter with my diet and resist succumbing to temptation (which should be a lot easier with the festive season behind me) And really push My fitness to the next level. Bring on the next 8 weeks

The above individual’s results may not be typical. As of October 2025, those who completed 8 weeks in the weight loss category of YOR Best Body lost an average of 13.86 lb (6.29 kg), or 1.73 lb (0.78 kg) per week. When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.
Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
