When I first started the challenge, I decided I didn't want to be just "that skinny girl" anymore. Growing up I found myself constantly being told I was too thin and didn't eat enough. Of course, I knew that wasn't the case. I have the appetite of an Elephant!! However, because of the amount of criticism I received for my weight, I tried to overcompensate and constantly overate. This led to me having digestive issues a couple of years back. The result of that being; bloating, tiredness, stress and anger issues etc.

Before starting this challenge, I decided to test out how good these products worked (even though I knew how good they were). I didn't use the products for a whole month. I found myself feeling bloated and tired after meals and having less tolerance throughout every day life.

Once I started my challenge, I took all the YOR products, with the exception of MRP and complete burn. I also exercised 4-5 times a week (which is 4-5 times more than I usually would!! :p) It consisted of mostly walking the famous thousand steps and also squats, lunges etc.
The only change to my diet I made was not eating as MUCH junk food and heavy foods as I normally do. Especially cutting down sugars, as everyone knows I'm a major cookie addict. It was difficult at first since I usually have no self control, but I consciously made healthier choices.

I'm fairly happy seeing the changes to my mind and body during this challenge. I don't feel as stressed out since I've been exercising rather consistently and I feel like I have more energy than ever! Thank you YOR Health!! :D
